Broadgate Roof

British Land recently chose Norman Shawcross roofing to handle the difficult task of waterproofing their new 38 storey landmark building "Broadgate Tower" at London's Liverpool Street station.

The year long 5000sqm project started in autumn 2007 and is due to be finished on time in late October 20008.

British Land's decision to use Norman Shawcross roofing was based on our track record of delivering difficult technical solutions: on this project the Alumask Hydrotech that was used had to be sandwiched between two layers of concrete and intense on-site management was required to coordinate between adjacent trades. The project was completed on time and on budget.
